Finisterre is married to Daddyfeatures. They are the proud parents of Talia Rivka, born 13 weeks early in March 2007. This blog is our attempt to keep a record of Talia’s journey.
“To bigger and better adventures” is our family toast, it’s what we say as we clink our wine glasses together. Talia has permission to swig directly from the bottle.

So happy to find your blog. Our Liv was born at 28 weeks on 4/01/07. Very nice to read another story so similar to ours. Chronic Lung, weight gain worries, feeding issues. Liv was 20 months yesterday and still only weighs about 18 lbs. She eats, just not much. A very, very small stomach coupled with Flundoplication surgery at 6 weeks for reflux has us still feeding her through a G-tube. Also didn’t walk until she was about 17 months and that was after 8 months of therapy twice a week. She is one tough cookie and has come an extremely long way since birth. We feel very blessed to have a basically happy and healthy little girl.
The website I listed is just a family website my brother in-law set up for extended family. The link is to the gallery of photos on mine and my husbands page. There is a folder of Liv in the NICU. I think the photos are backwards chronologically….oops. Take a look at our little miracle if you get a chance. I’m sure, through this wonderful blog, that you have met many miracles by now.
